Pros
There are some dedicated, long-term, lower level employees who keep the gears turning. Otherwise, this place would be completely unbearable.
Cons
This place is like a real life version of The Office. The CEO is a meglomaniac who likes to control every aspect of the company but is blinded by his own limitations when it comes to operational efficiency and terrible direct hires (e.g., CFO). His chief henchman is the CFO, who has the social skills of a wet mop and has had countless harassment claims lodged against him over the years. He thrives on pointing the finger at others and constantly turning over employees in his department (and others) so as to deflect the blame for his incompetence. The company is always lagging it peers when it comes to performance and vision. People are constantly leaving. The entire place is a hot mess!
