Small firm with a friendly staff and great benefits
Cons
It depends on the person, but it is very much of a sink or swim type of firm. So you will get a lot of experience and exposure, but in terms of guidance it depends on who you work under.
During covid-19 remote work was optional. Good attorneys and good staff.
Cons
Remote training was rather difficult and it was a bit confusing on who upper management was. Everyone wanted to be administration and it wasn't clear who was.
