Technology department is a disaster Women aren't respected (they even have an ongoing harrassment case against them) Those who have been employed awhile hook arms and refuse any changes No work life balance New leadership came in at the beginning of the year and reactive attitudes made the culture even more toxic I left before it got worse; Good luck to those that stayed.
