Small Town; a little far from everything

Good pay and benefits. Challenging work. Some professional, hard working and nice colleagues

Work with completely broken computer system. Job can be extremely fast paced, overwhelming and stressful. Some clients are in very depressing situations. Management on all levels is unsupportive and lacking. Leading to unhappy, untrained, unprofessional staff, lots of gossip. No opportunity for advancement.
