Weekends off (if not on call)

This is a very stressful environment. The work culture and work environment are not worth the pay/ benefits. The doctor is typically stressed and in a bad mood/ frustrated which is reflected onto the staff. This is especially true when the daily financial goals are not being met. I believe these reasons are why there is a very high turnover rate for employees.
