The pet industry is one that many sales people are attracted to, and unfortunately this industry does not pay as well as others. The Commission structure is ok, and fairly attainable if you are smart with your time and call cycle. You wont get rich working as a Territory Manager in the Pet Industry, no matter who you work for, however, at Beco you'll work with some great people and generally, your customers will be lovely. Cars are tracked, but as long as you are doing what you should be doing, and going where you should be going then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. The territories are large, but probably no different to any others
