CEO is very kind, humble and helpful.
Cons
Marketing head is awful. He always behaves very rude, uses employee as scapegoat. If he targets any employee then make his or her work life stressful. He doesn't want to help anyone. The pay, promotion and job security is very low here. So please be careful. And specially if you are going to join in marketing team be ready to get a stressful work life.
