Pros
less than a year into the role at Beeline and it's a great company to be part of. A rapidly growing tech company with people across the organisation from all over the world, all uniquely different , all sharing a common goal - to deliver. Communication and collaboration like I haven't experienced before and compared to companies with a similar profile (in my experience at least) Beeline is on a dramatic ascent. Innovation, service and support and bleeding edge tech is winning over new enterprise customers. Existing customers are supported in a way that challenges industry norms - as such retention is superb.
Cons
very difficult to share 'cons'. But i think Beeline is entering a really critical phase right now due to successes in EMEA and general rapid growth.
