      The work is attainable for anyone with a willingness to learn. Most of it is physically demanding, but there is an incentive program for order pickers.

      Cons

      Warehouse management allows all kinds of behavior, including but not limited to time theft, poor productivity, bad attitudes, and poor attendance.

      Coworkers are very personable and easy to talk to

      Management is rude, unprofessional, and toxic, merchandisers also consistently get the short end of the stick.
