Pros
I actually loved working in this industry and I made very solid client relationships during my employment with this company. I was very successful in providing exceptional customer service to several clients as well as being able to repair a few relationships with clients that were not satisfied with the current service they were receiving from the company. My hours were very great and flexible if necessary and my hourly wage was above the average for my demographic area.
Cons
Being a small business with family working together, I often ran into issues with one family member being unprofessional and the owner allowing this behavior both in front of clients as well as directing this behavior to other employees. Due to personal issues that one of the family members was dealing with (these issues were legal issues and were public knowledge) I was subjecting to a hostile work environment as well as severe mood swings from both the owner and this employee. I was never provided with the proper training for certain aspects and duties of my employment, therefore I was not always completely confident with my completed work. The work I completed and was told was correct one day would be criticized and rejected the very next day. This company did not offer any benefits of any kind.
