Behavior Frontiers Response
5yThanks for your input. We have worked diligently since the very start of this pandemic to ensure that we are able to continue to provide our essential, medically necessary services to those affected with Autism. We have created extensive safety protocols, including the use (and provision) of personal protective equipment (PPE), Session Checklists (wherein staff and family alike are screened at the start of each session), disinfecting supplies provided whenever necessary, and identification & isolation protocols, to name just a few. As soon as protocols were established, all staff were required to receive our COVID-19 Training for In-Home Sessions, prior to returning to client's homes. For those working in offices in a socially distanced manner, we also have an COVID-19 Office Training, which is required prior to any staff arriving at one of our offices. Furthermore, our Schedulers and HR department work cohesively and promptly each time a COVID-19 exposure is brought to our attention, so as to minimize the potential for spread. As far as promotions, we are proud to inform you that - since the beginning of the pandemic/closure (approx. mid-March 2020) - we have seen 55 promotions in clinical team members, and 6 promotions in administrative team members.
Best of luck in whatever your future holds.
