Pros
I think the best part of working at Behavior Frontiers was the clients. I got really lucky with my cases. Although I had to travel super far from my home to get there, my clients were super welcoming of both me and the process and trusted our suggestions. My manager at the time was real – She was open to seeing me grow in and outside of the company.
Cons
The company itself They had a big DEI stint, they wanted the opinions of black and brown folks within the company, but we were never paid for our time. It was really all for show. On top of that the pay was horrible. And the benefits were non-existent if you were part time which is the majority of the base of their employees.
