Lots of Changes - Clinical Director Behavior Frontiers Employee Review

As you know, I meet with you and our other Clinical Directors multiple times per month, including individual meetings. I was surprised that you chose to bring up your issues on a public forum instead of directly to me. Conversations at our meetings together would likely have the most benefit and opportunity for change.
