Associations with colleges and universities to assist in furthering your education. Employee is in control of inputting hours worked and driven (and miles) before submitting timesheet. (you know exactly what you worked before you get paid). Full time 30 hrs and benefits Holidays off include Christmas day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Presidents’ Day, Martin Luther King Jr. day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving day, and the day after Thanksgiving. This schedule is subject to change each year and based on region and school holiday schedules.
Cons
Scheduling department can take time to get a hold of. 6 day work week. No pay bump for promotion to Senior Behavior Technician. Employees may get 1-2 days off on holidays ( no extended time off during Christmas). While full time work is possible if you work exactly 30 hours or so a week, cancellations make it difficult for you to maintain full-time status at 30 hours a week for the appropriate amount of consecutive weeks.
