During this time, you can ask about advancement opportunities if you’re ready for the next step. Collaboration also extends to our scheduling department which assists with hours and availability. We combat common ABA issues with hours and cancellations by providing solutions to supplement missed hours and retain weekly requested hours. Behavior technicians have pay increases that follow your time progressing with clients. If you’ve reached the pay cap for your area, we suggest discussing with your supervisor and looking into available positions for you to train and grow into.
