Our team’s feedback is always taken into consideration when evaluating our systems and processes to create a system that works for our management team and staff. For example, weekly communication is sent to team members to provide a space to ask questions, make suggestions, or raise concerns. Department managers receive this feedback and work on resolving any issues promptly. Communication initiatives have helped us strengthen our community and provide an environment where our team members feel heard, supported, and equipped to succeed. Furthermore, we’re working on expanding our community of talented and dedicated supervisors to continue supporting our BTs in the field.
The field of ABA requires dedication, commitment, and patience. Equally so is the importance of a work-life balance; we encourage our team members to take advantage of the perks and benefits that we provide.
