      Low pay, incompetent and disrespectful management, toxic environment full of bullying and sexual harassment from supervisors, lying is the preferred form of communication for supervisors and upper management, not enough hours for benefits by design, a lack of care for clients from supervisors and management

      Getting to help children and their families. Great quality training. Supervisors are very helpful. I absolutely loved coming to work everyday!

      Good supervision. Good experience. There is a scheduler who directly contacts the client instead of you.

      Low pay. Tough work if you are not passionate about working with kids.
