Pros
The supervisors, administrators, and every aspect of hiring and onboarding ran smoothly. The team is so supportive as far as making sure RBTs are prepared and considerate of our well-being overall. I've worked with some of the nicest people I have ever met during my time here. I literally recommend their facility to any possible patient or employee.
Cons
No cons, just wish I was able to financially support myself with the hours that were available to me in my area. Otherwise, I would not have chosen to leave.
