The company provides great benefits of free health insurance and retirement package. The management is supportive and regards you as a professional , is willing to listen and meet the needs of the employees. It is not overbearing looking for errors but instead always looking for how to support you. The work environment is friendly and I enjoy the support of my co workers I therefore are looking forward to come to work every day and enjoy doing my work . I am allowed to work my own daily schedule and my coworkers are very supportive; whereby we have bi weekly staff meetings where we share snacks. I have enjoyed the twice yearly pay raises. I would rate this employer as the best I have ever had in all my professional life

when an employees program becomes unfunded, one can always take another job in the company which is very good so one is not laid off . The downside of it though is that one may have to take a pay cut as the new position may not be paying the same amount as one was getting
