Cons
Most everyone at the company is a felon or in recovery. If you are not a criminal or a former drug addict, you stick out like a sore thumb and are looked down upon. The CEO is a former client(meaning a former drug addict who was in residential treatment) as are most upper level management. Management continues to operate as if they are still addicts even though they claim to be sober. The company pay is terrible, they work counselors to the ground for minimum wage. Pay for other staff is also below market rates. They offer no opportunities for advancement. The company is serving people many of whom qualify for Medical yet the company pays so little that a vast majority of the employees also qualify for Medical and apply because the company benefits are so terrible. Everyone is corrupt. Literally everyone. There is fraudulent over billing everywhere. It's shocking they are still allowed to operate. Many of the counselors are former gang members and still operate in the workplace with that same gang mentality(threatening co-workers, using intimidation, etc).
