Thank you for your feedback. Staff were made aware prior to working at this company, that deadlines must be held accountable. We work with corporate and broadcast clients, so if that means working late or early hours or coming in on the weekends to finish projects, than it is expected for the staff assigned to do so. This is outlined prior to beginning the project, and if delays in performance by the staff or a change by the client should occur, this will directly impact time frame and performance expectations.
As outlined in the employee handbook, expenses must be approved prior to purchase. Once approved, all receipts and monies due must be recorded and provided so that it can be properly reimbursed. Procedures are in place to enable approved purchases to be paid for directly by the company. If policy is not adhered to, then you will be at risk of not getting approvals.
We love our interns! For over 16 years, we have fostered great relationships with local colleges and universities to offer students real-life work experience. It offers a great learning environment that helps them with their on-going education.
While some enjoy the fast-paced and varied client environment, sometimes reality of an actual work experience doesn't match one's perception and may be overwhelming for some. We appreciate that it wasn't a good fit for you. We wish you the best of luck in your future career path.
