HR department wasn't the best

Inclusive workplace: employs and supports people with disabilities (e.g., deaf employees). Offers bursaries to employees for further studies. Actively hires young talent from disadvantaged schools. Healthy work environment with no micromanagement. Thoughtful recognition (gifts on Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.).

For developers, the office is located inside a manufacturing plant, so there can be noise from production lines.
