Extremely bad work environment for foreigners - Anonymous employee Belden Employee Review

- Located in a village in west Germany - try to attract talent with sign in bonus ; after hiring completed HR support is just a dream - lots of amateurs in the company doing roles which requires years of experience and know how to - amateurs don’t know to behave well with foreigners, experienced people in a professional way . They just feel entitled to be right !! - bad behavior flows through the entire people especially in the German office where I was located - Diversity and respect are just fancy words for documents and a mere notion in this company
