Good place to learn but very stressful environment - Accountant Believe Employee Review

- Team has to do many extra tasks not even part of our job. If you try to question, they say “just do it.” - Recognition comes only if you stay late nights or work weekends. - Many good people already left because of this kind of environment. - Management should listen to team more, not only to one person. - Work is ok-ok, but finance and accounts team no peace. Always too much pressure, no chance to make small mistake also - One person is taking all decisions and everyone has to follow, no matter what. Management also not questioning anything, so team has no voice.
