      Management not as active. No talent review. No job security. A lot of movement within staff. A lot of pressure, no work life balance

      Pros

      9/80 schedule, every other Friday off. 401k match is decent but long vesting period. A lot of ERGs and events for people.

      Cons

      Employee morale is not what it used to be. Cafeteria is not great, food and the prices. Career development is slow, unless you get lucky.
