      The culture and people there make Bells a happy workplace. I enjoy the flat management structure and the autonomy the company gives you to excel in your own way.

      * good building * decent office location

      Cons

      * no salary review system in place ie. no pay raise * very politics heavy. each dept is trying to cover for themselves and make them look good. * managers talk bad about other people * no proper acknowledgement of work well done or proper compensation for doing additional work
