my daughter loved that I smelled like coffee
the product (I think) is legit. They have so much potential to be cool, but fall painfully short, depressing to witness
Cons
As one of my colleagues put it, "it feels like a scam" Being a salesperson, nothing is worse than feeling like you're selling something sketchy! I wasn't sure I could give customers my word because nothing was consistent.
There was absolutely zero go to market strategy for the new roaster, it was constantly changed - focus on reservations, focus on full payments, say it's coming in 3 months, say we don't know when it's coming, tell them they pay later, tell them they pay the balance in advance to get higher on the delivery list, and on and on...a different story, and often opposite approaches, every other week. No consistency. No plan or strategy and being honest with customers was never a point of consideration.
