      lots Of free lunches and dinners, a Christmas carol each year, hours of operation

      Cons

      Promotions are not based on merit but rather “who you know” employees are not treated equally. Honesty gets you in trouble so be careful who you talk to, benefits suit mgrs not hourly employees with families
