It is often poorly staffed and they don't staff places with people who have experience in certain areas in the right area. They put too many patients on one floor with not enough staff and continue to admit more anyways. There's no charge nurses and patient assignments are a free for all. Staff (especially CNAs) say horrible things about patients and it happens often as they have quite a few frequent flyers. New CNAs are being trained by other CNAs who haven't even been a CNA for a year rather than more experienced staff. There's no weekend shift differential.
