You become extremely valuable to clients. - Fulfillment with the work - You will learn a lot from the managers and partners - You are not micromanaged - Managers and partners are eager to teach and help out - Flexible work environment - Casual dress in the office - Lots of snacks and drinks available for free - Laid back atmosphere in the office. Ping pong table, cornhole set, big screen TVs to watch the news or anything else etc...

- Have to be self motivated - Stressful to meet deadlines - They only work on governments. You won't get experience in other industries

There are employees here that have advanced rapidly through the chain. The opportunity is there if you want it. There are 3 Partners. 2 run the place, 1 is there in name only. The ones that run it are great. They are easy to work with and they want you to learn and encourage self-learning.

There isn't much structure. It doesn't really work the way you would expect an accounting firm to work. I guess this can be a pro or a con. It can throw you for a loop if you interned somewhere else.
