      There are no pros on working here.

      Cons

      There is no job security. CTO is toxic. Deadlines are so tight that you end up using ChatGPT just to cope, leaving almost no scope for learning. I and some of my friends got fired at end of our probation period without any explanation.

      good place to learn for not more than few months

      Cons

      No management No work life balance No holidays given (only 2 days a year)
