Pros
Gets busy and you do have to really work and learn when you're new but it gets a lot easier later on.
Cons
Work life balance might be hard for some people. Work is easy for people with background knowledge but the work does have a bit of sink or swim. Everyone's nice but you have to really be okay with asking others for help.
