Friendly culture and the teams supportive, especially at the peer level.  Flexible/remote work options and decent work-life balance for some roles.  Good place to start a career and learn, with opportunities to try different responsibilities. 
Cons
Management and leadership quality were frequently criticized and inconsistent.  High workload and stress during peak periods with unclear direction at times.
