Wonderful atmosphere and work climate. Emphasis on teamwork. Wonderful mission to help individuals with disabilities, which is very fulfilling. Everyone wants to see you succeed and grow and are really receptive to helping you learn as much as you can while you work there.

Not much room for growth into a full-time position if you are just a contract employee. But also not an expectation that you have going into the role. Really haven't had negative experiences working for this company and have loved my time here.

Assists with job placement, partners with several large companies.

Frequent unpaid meetings during evening hours, where we are supposed to learn things like time management after decades in the workforce. Agency has an admirable purpose of helping people with disabilities, but is very condescending to those clients. No raises, instead the company dropped their portion of health coverage during my time there.
