Some free wine at the tasting room after your shift? Thats about it. The owner wouldn’t dare offer any more freebies. Ask any former employee about that.
Cons
Poor leadership. You can report all the toxicity that’s going on, but in the end, all that matters to leadership is expanding the brand and MONEY. It’s so sad. Your raises are poor, leadership doesn’t listen to your concerns about toxicity, and they promote the most toxic people in the company. Which I believe they just did (2025).
