      Great pay, Great benefits, Company picnics, Paid holidays off and Christmas party. I really have no cons to this job.

      Cons

      My only con is I wish I had found this job 20 years ago.

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Cons

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
