      - Great People and Caring Leadership Team (most of them) - During COVID company would actually send out emails titled" we remind you family is your priority" while sending us home immediately after the things were escalated. - Industry leading product

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Cons

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
