      You can choose what teams you want to work on. They keep you busy with work that you are interested in. The people are extremely welcoming.

      Cons

      You do not know what you will be doing until your first day when entering your first rotation with the company.

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Cons

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
