Pros
Waves of no work to do. Not a lot of rules to follow as long as people think you're cool. Some free food.
Cons
Horrible work life balance. This is the kind of place that makes you feel sick when you walk in. Very little communication and everything is constantly unorganized. I don't even know what peoples job titles are because they keep changing what people do. This is the kind of place that constantly reminds you they're a start up and expect you to be ok with them not actively making changes. I haven't had any proper training in health care but am expected to act as an expert. I hate having to lie to customers about my knowledge but it's part of the job description. It's a 'blind leading the blind' kind of office and there isn't anyone to look up to for support. Upper management has taken many employees on multiple occasions to hang out privately and drink or smoke, but will try to pretend that the company culture is more serious when they need it to be. It's an incredibly confusing place to be and I cannot wait for new employment.
