Pros

Free food and drinks, gym, easy parking.

Cons

Extremely clicky. The older employees are very possessive of their knowledge and intimidated by the younger people because they think they're going to take their jobs. The people that have worked there for 10+ years together are vitriolic. They stand around and say awful things about the younger workers. They also leave early and take long lunches, but will be the first to run and tell the boss if a younger worker does the same. They often have random firings when the owner decides he needs more of a profit. Salaries are below average and raises are mediocre to non existent, based on what the owner makes each year. Business is declining because they cannot keep up with larger companies like Alight and Benefitfocus. They love to call everyone "family" and say how much they care, but the culture is extremely toxic and uncomfortable. Good luck not being white at this company. They hire minorities, but they also make them feel like token minorities. I would not recommend working here to any young, ambitious women, any minority, or men unless they're working in IT or as a software engineer. But the software guys were all miserable and underpaid, so I wouldn't recommend that either.
