Great company to work with - Team Leader Benesch Employee Review

Some of the best people I've ever worked with. Everyone is willing to help each other achieve the overall goal. Management is completely understanding and doesn't give off that "corporate feel." Work can sometimes be repetitive but ultimately, it's stimulating enough.

I think everyone would prefer more PTO/Vacation days. I would like to see a split vacation/sick bank for PTO, but I know it's industry standard to combine the two.

Decent place to work at.

Evaluation is inaccurate, managers have no accountability and have no idea whats happening in their projects.
