Pros

They'll sell to you a sales model that works for less than 1% of people that start there. You'll meet some great people that work there. You will honestly learn a lot about yourself and if you want to really pursue being a salesman.

Cons

There are many. As mentioned before, this is a door to door sales, 100% commission based company. You start in the morning called atmosphere, where you don't get paid, talk about law of averages and play 90s style games to get you hyped up before going to "the field." You'll remain in the field for approximately 6-7 hours on your own dime, which means commuting comes at your own expense. Then at the end of the day, you celebrate everyone's accomplishments. The day is unnecessarily long. If you have a family then this job is not for you. You'll never see them and when you finally get home, you're already getting ready for the next day. Professionalism and honesty does not exist at this company. Look up Junto Group before starting with Benevolus. They literally changed the name of their company to "start fresh," however the values within the company remain the same. Their business system is based on interviewing and hiring as many people as possible. Many people quit after a week or two, thus retention is poor, meaning the company is looking for as much free labor as possible.

Pros

Pros about Benevolus are that it is an extremely fun place to work. Everyone is motivated and eager to learn new things and develop skills to further their careers. There is also a lot of room for growth and progression in the company.

Cons

I wouldn’t classify them as cons but as in any position being successful here does require hard work, dedication, and a great attitude everyday. It can be challenging at times.

Pros

You learn how to sell, but do it in a corny, overbearing, time-wasting way.

Cons

Inequitable revenue split, door to door sales, when you sell a two year package, the sales person should get more than 1/24 of the commission
