A room to learn the basics of cosmetic formulation and jump to a new role.

Toxic environment for anybody, very catty in the lab and nobody will be direct with feedback. I worked there for 6 months on a contract and the incompetence of my leader was then blamed on me adn i was let go without any notice. On my last day they just said good riddance. I would never recommend anybody stay there for longer than they have to. Also, leaving on time is a joke to them - even when as a temp they insisted that you can't be paid overtime so you must leave at your shift.
