Pros
people are too picky these days with the googles and the facebooks. bentley is a medium sized company with good values doing the best they can for their employees. its a compy you can actually make a difference in - big fish small pond. in the dublin office we have good social events, its a nice place to work, great people and i look forward to coming to work. not overly stressful, but definitely not boring and repetitive.
Cons
there s a lot of changes but these can also be good as it means potential progression in career and new opportunites internally. i have moved from one department to another recently and im happy.
