Pros
Great work atmosphere. People are very helpful and knowledgeable and you can always learn from your teammates. Casual dress and the ability to work from home depending on the team to which you are a part. Bentley actively seeks to give back to the communities where their offices are located.
Cons
Salaries are well below the average for the industry. No defined career path - you make your own way (some people may need more defined structure). Constantly changing organization structure. Managers need more training on how to manage people in addition to still remaining technical.
