      Pros

      There are good people in civil engineering that care a lot about helping clients succeed. The passion is there inherently amongst the industry.

      Cons

      Leadership is not run by the engineers. Management does not speak the language of civil engineering and it becomes clear in the business practices which are at odds with the best interests of the clients and industry.
