      Pros

      Good salary for the region. The average people in Merida make 8 thousand a mount. Good people to work. It is a very friendly place with good staff, too.

      Cons

      Work schedule could be a little bit tired. Sometimes you need to work overtime because the software need to be ready for a client presentation.
