good pay good benefits good co-workers good location although high cost of living and congested traffic sometimes
Cons
Bad leadership across the board(if you are not their friend/ilk). The good ones are held back by the rest. Lack of communication. Politics. Buddy-buddy. Blame game, punish everyone instead of the ones that deserve it, etc. etc. Dirty work environment. Oil and gas industry has its ups and downs.
