Pros
The interactions with different people from all walks of life is what I enjoy the most workinh here. Being able to convince someone who wears earthtones only to transform their inner self by exposing them to color. Simple thing that changes how you look at life. Redefining team into more of a family environment yet still exceeding customers expectations! When a customer says "I'm so happy" my service is complete which keeps me excited contributing more everyday.
Cons
I just wish everyone would put themselves in everyone's clothes. Learn each other's work before criticizing, be mindful of what they say and how they deliver their message. All these clothes have different styles and colors and so do people. We just need to customize our service for every individual customer. If all of us do this they will always want to come shop here.
