Pros

To find a fair employer in the auto industry that not only takes care of their staff and employees is really nice, A company driven by ethics is a nice change of pace.

Cons

training is a bit lacking, and facilities could use a coat of paint.

Pros

Love what I do, very flexible and I get to work with great fleets. I travel and meet different people with varied situations. Consistent support from management and operations which allows me to focus on what I love most. Solving problems. As a salesperson, I prefer spending time with customers and potential clients who need solutions. Asking questions, active listening. You get all of that here. The benefits are amazing. Family company so they work with you and understand you. Great pay, great work life balance, and they work hard to create a fun culture.

Cons

Sometimes things are a bit slow and take time. Nothing crazy but I wish decision making was faster.

Pros

None. Absolutely no good things to say about this warehouse.

Cons

Micromanaging you to almost death. If you so much have to go to the bathroom you have to tell everyone on the walkie talkies Training is absolutely none existent. You do everyone else’s work and won’t be allowed to go home until it is done. Racist and prejudiced people run rampant there. If you are person of color do not look these people in the eyes at all so much say good morning. You are allowed ONE 30 minute break in a 10 hr shift. Companies that give 8hr days give you at least 2 15. Minute breaks paid but this place does not they work you until you are injured. And speaking of which, the warehouse is a OSHA nightmare. They do not have a place for any overflow they just have you leave the parts on the floor pretty much not leaving you any room to walk. If you are looking for growth… you’ll get it.. through nepotism of course . From what I gathered tfrom a co worker they haven’t received a merit based raise in 2 years. .
